Between 6 and 11 o’clock PM last night the much appreciated arrival of Baltimore City Public Works at Howard & Old Bay Roads to repair the water leak causing the ice dam occurred.
Neighbors started reporting the leak to public works back in late October 2014 last year.
It is doubtful Public Works would have responded so quickly( two weeks) without Mr. Crandell and Metzger’s January 29th reporting of the leak.
