In response to the the water main rupture on Todd Avenue yesterday, March 1, 2016 covered by WJZTV and WBAL news, Baltimore County Department of Public Works Water Design Engineer Mr. Steve Emm was contacted today.
Mr. Emm affirmed the new water supply piping project delineated in the August 5, 2015 post on forthoward.org is funded, forthcoming, and the project is in the design stage.
Mr. Emm is scheduled to address the plan design, implementation, and community impact at the Fort Howard Community Association May 19, 2016.
Fort Howard suffered several simultaneous water main breaks recently in May 28, 2015 forthoward.org post.
