This Thursday February 5, 2015 at 6:30 PM in the Edgemere Elementary School library located at North Point & Sparrows Point Road the Maryland Department of Natural Resources will make a presentation and take comments on a $248,160 Bikeway Construction project.
The bikeway construction will originate at the Fort Howard Veterans Park parking lot then extend north crossing North Point Road terminating at the parking lot at North Point State Park.
Construction is taking place this 2015 year. No additional public meetings will be held at this time.
In keeping with Fort Howard Community Association’s purpose, “to persevere, restore, or enhance the rural, small town, Chesapeake Bay character qualities of the community,” please look at the Bikeway Information page and share your opinion how the bike way may impact Fort Howard Thursday night at 6:30 in the Edgemere Elementary School library.
