Ms. Nicole Rodman, reporter of the Dundalk Eagle News Paper, submitted to FHCA the following Handbook of the 4.7 inch Gun Materiel Model 1906 with Instructions for Its Care printed September 15, 1917 describing in detail the guns under restoration by the Maryland Army National Guard Allied Trade Team at the Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) in Havre de Grace.
