Additional oral testimony by eleven other umbrella civic and community organizations in Baltimore County from Towson to Pikesville to Rogers Forge and beyond representing over two hundred organizations in total was submitted.
Senator Salling specifically addressed the North Point Government Center Park and the Fort Howard Veterans Hospital atrocities that to date remain unresolved and in default, respectively.
Baltimore County 3rd District Councilman Wade Kach attended. His late afternoon schedule conflict prevented his oral testimony with the panel.
