Water Main Break on Todd Avenue
A massive water main break is causing problems in Baltimore County. It was first reported around 5:30 p.m. on Todd Avenue on the peninsula of Fort Howard. Water has been shooting dozens of feet into the air for at least a half hour. Baltimore County police are on the scene. Read more…
