Testimony was offered to the Baltimore County Council at the December 11, 2018 work session to amend Bill 95-15 for Delaware developer Tradepoint Atlantic (TPA) to offer 100 acres of land in exchange for 78 million dollars of Baltimore County taxpayer financial assistance to develop site road, water, and sewer infrastructure at the site. For review and consideration for Monday, December 17, 2018 Baltimore County Council vote, an amended Bill 95-18 and accompanying letter from the Fort Howard Community Association was sent on December 14, 2018 to the Baltimore County Council containing the amended Bill 95-18 language that the County of Baltimore receives from TPA 100 acres for placement of a new fire station, police sub-station, recreational fields, and a multi -purpose center comparable to the 8 million dollar multi -purpose center built in Turner Station.
