The members United States of America Veterans of Save Fort Howard and the Fort Howard Community Association agreed after the Balco Club clandestine meeting held February 16, 2017 the sign posted on the lawn across the street from the Balco Club articulates the mutual position on the purposed rental community complex of 400 houses and 3 apartment towers at the Fort Howard VA property.
