On January 14, 2016 Administrative Judge Lawrence M. Stahl render an unfavorable judgement to current lessee, Fort Howard Development, LLC of the Fort Howard Hospital VA property a $43,800 fine for non-compliance with Baltimore County regulations.
Judge Stahl also authorized Baltimore County “to remove the nuisance and cause of the nuisance at the Fort Howard site.”
Additionally, Judge Stahl orders Fort Howard Development LLC to take immediate steps to make all repairs set forth in the BCFD order.
And Judge Stahl also authorized Baltimore County to take all steps needed to enforce the BCFD order and any expenses incurred upon the taxpayer of Baltimore County be levied upon Fort Howard Development LLC.

Mr. Todd Crandell, Councilman 7 District for responding to the resident complaint in December 2014 which brought Fort Howard Development under scrutiny.
And Mr. Brady Lochler, Assistant Community Attorney, the Baltimore County Fire Department, and Baltimore County Permits and Licenses for working with the Fort Howard Community Association to rid the community of the nuisances.
