Passing of Tom Kroen
Fort Howard Community Association sends its condolences to the family of Mr. Tom Kroen. Mr. Kroen was chairman Hart-Miller Island Citizens Oversight Committee (HMI COC) which FHCA has been involved for the last year contributing our community input.
